BODY STEP

An energising workout using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.Duration=1hr or 45min

BODY PUMP

A barbell class that strengthens your entire body. The workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises such as squats, press, lifts and curls. You choose your own weight and the instructor will inspire you. Duration=1hr or 45min

RPM

The indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm. Take on the terrain through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training. Sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. The ultimate workout at burning serious calories. Duration=1hr or 45min

BODY BALANCE

The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout. Duration=1hr

GET PERSONAL TRAING

CXWORX

The ultimate way to get a tight and toned core in 30 minutes. Our trained instructors will guide you as you work with resistance tubes, weight plates and body weight exercises. Also targets hips, butt and lower back. Duration=30min

ZUMBA

We take the “work” out of the workout, by mixing low – intensity and high – intensity moves in a calorie-burning dance fitness party. Combining all elements of fitness-cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave the class. Duration=1hr or 45min

YOGA

Perfect if you want to improve the health, fitness and mental acuity. A blend of balance, strength, flexibility and power, it’s understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness. It reduces the risk of injury and augments recovery for ailments including stress, lower back pain and tension. Duration=1hr

H.I.I.T BOXING

A fast-paced, high intensity ( HIIT ) 30-minute interval training class, teamed with boxing techniques and combinations to increase your cardio endurance and burn more fat than ever before! This class is run in our boxing training area and is suitable for beginners and advanced participants. Duration=30min

METAFIT

It’s a 30min high-intensity workout using bodyweight exercises, designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels and get massive results in the shortest amount of time possible. Duration=30min

SPRINT

A 30-minute high-intensity interval training ( HIIT ) workout using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. Push your physical and mental limits! Build lean muscle and train your body to lose fat. Duration=30min

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Get fit fast with our NEW half hour high-intensity session. Utilizing a range of equipment, battle ropes, tyres and bodyweight exercises, this session is aimed at raising your heart rate, targeting all muscle groups – getting you fit fast. Run in our new functional training area. Duration=30min
